“接應人員小哥親切努力用中文介紹空間使用、和推薦附近好吃的，140多年的老宅感受到用心的保存整修、和新設備（廚房衛浴）⋯兩大房間4張床、好睡，兩客廳區可以開好幾個行李箱，大採購時整理很方便⋯還有中庭、後院，穿梭拉門廊道間 動線很方便～可以躺魚干女的日式廊道實現日劇般場景！最讚的是中午12點退房！（稀世退房時間啊） 步行2-3分鐘有一小區餐廳和全家便利商店 離西舞鶴車站步行15-20分鐘，我們有一趟是拖著行李（剛好抵達時沒有銜接剛好的公車時間）但平坦直路，所以慢走不算辛苦”

This is a private, traditional Japanese house that was renovated from a 130-year-old building constructed during the Meiji era. It underwent a renewal and reopened in April 2023. Located in the urban area of Nishi-Maizuru, a castle town, this accommodation is conveniently near various attractions. These include the "Maizuru Port Fresh Fish Center" where you can enjoy fresh Maizuru fish (a 13-minute walk away), the "Yoshihara Inlet" offering beautiful views of the fishing port (a 10-minute walk away), and the retro-style public bath "Waka-no-Yu", designated as a tangible cultural property (a 5-minute walk away). You can enjoy these aspects of Maizuru life during your stay. The accommodation also provides a "public bath bag" filled with amenities such as work clothes and other essentials needed for a visit to a public bath.

There are a lot of restaurants near here, for example ramen noodle, curry and rice, okonomiyaki (Japanese vegetable pancakes), conveyor belt sushi, karaoke bar! A shopping street near the guesthouse is also good! This street preserves the historic atmosphere, this is a good spot to take photo. ”Michi-no-Eki (Roadside Rest Area)Maizuru Port Tore Tore Center” is 15 minutes on foot 4 minutes by car or bus. Recommended restaurant: * RYOSHI GOYA (4 minutes on foot) Seafood restaurant. The Sashimi from Maizuru harbor is excellent! * AMEIRO Bistro ARURU (4 minutes on foot) Italian restaurant. How about fresh fish? ============ Good Experience ============ I give you a “Free public bath ticket”. You can use it in 2 public bathhouses near the guesthouse. Furthermore I lent you a“bag for taking a public bath", which contains a shampoo, body soap, towels, toner and more. If it's your first experience, I’m happy to teach you how to take a public bath! What is more I lent you a “Samue”, a kind of Kimono, a Japanese loungewear. You put on it after the bath.
