Please select your check-in time and let me know it in advance. （12 pm - 21 pm） If you only live in Kyoto for one day, your schedule is too rushed. It should be very hard. I recommend to stay in Kyoto for two days or more. There is a cat (pet) in the living room, very cute, please note it. Rent one room (Japanese style or Western style) of the other three rooms. The location is very close to JR Kyoto station. Good location to tourist sites. Also it's convenient for one day trip to Osaka or Nara by JR line. Bedding, we provide futons (Japanese style bedding, Japanese style room), Bed (Western style room),mattresses, pillows, sheets and pillow cover. Also, you can use 1 bath towel, body soap, shampoo soap, and hair dryer. You can lock the room door. 1 shower room, 2 toilets, and 1 kitchen is shared with the other guest at the common area. we don't provide breakfast & Pocket WiFi. In the house, We will waiting for your arrival and welcome you! So please come to the house directly on time. Check-in 12:00 to 21:00 Check-out 6:00 to 10:30 No smoking - Please use the outside smoking areas. Please be quiet 9:00 pm or later. Wet towel thank you so as not to put on the floor. Staff will be absent except when you check in, check out, and staff cleaning the room.
Many people says that Kyoto is most popular tourist city in Japan. So I believe that you will enjoy this city with my house accommodation. I can speak Mandarin Chinese very well, also I can speak English (but not well ;-) Please feel free to ask anything! Thank you! Have a good trip! 10 mins walk by JR Kyoto Station (& subway Kyoto station, Kyoto city bus terminal, and Kintetsu Kyoto station). It is ideal as a base for Kyoto sightseeing. Tax free store (Yodobashi Camera, Bic Camera), Aeon Mall Kyoto, Daiso, Kyoto Aquarium, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, public baths, etc. are within walking distance. 5-minute walk ... Nishi Hongwanji temple, Kyoto Aquarium, Umekoji park, convenience store. 10-minute walk ... subway Kyoto Station, Toji temple, Higashi Hongwanji Temple, Aeon Mall Kyoto. City bus one access... Downtown area (15 minutes), Karasuma Shijo (15 minutes), Gion (28 minutes), Kiyomizu-dera Temple (30 minutes), Golden Pavilion (40 minutes).
