“1.依照信箱取得密碼，輸入正確密碼卻無法打開鑰匙盒 已通知飯店訊息卻無回應，在住宅附近有人經過，女兒大萱看到向她們招手協助我們處理，看我列印單子上有提供民宿電話將兩位母女可撥電話詳細確認無誤有照做卻無法打開確實是有故障還是怎樣，在通知另外一個地方備用提供密碼之後，看著日本兩位母女邊講電話邊照做打開取得鑰匙開心不得了我們跟著開心了，我們感謝日本母女解決問題，要求是否合照拍照經過她們同意我們一起合照後，冒出多一位女生走過來送給我五支冰淇淋巧克力餅乾，看她們長相應為女兒姊妹關係，說著她在附近住...”
