Our guesthouse is away from the city center, but located near the Golden Pavilion and the Kyoto Imperial Palace. You can experience the old traditional Japanese house (Machiya). Please relax and enjoy your stay. 【Please Note】 ■ Check-in is available between 4:00 PM and 9:00 PM. ■ Check-in is not possible after 9:00 PM. ■ After check-in, you may come and go freely. ■ Luggage storage is available by reservation only. Please contact us in advance. ■ Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire property, including both indoor and outdoor areas. ■ This is a traditional Kyoto townhouse (Machiya) and is not soundproofed. Please be mindful of noise. ■ Rooms on the second floor are accessible only via a steep staircase and may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues. ■ Pajamas and amenities are available for rent or purchase. ■ There is one shared shower room and two shared toilets, all located on the first floor. ■ The shower room is located outdoors. It may be cold in winter, but the water pressure is strong. ■ Common areas are available until 11:00 PM. After that, lights are turned off and guests are asked to remain quietly in their rooms. Common areas are not available after check-out. ■ It is located about 30 minutes by city bus from Kyoto Station. Please note that it is a little far from the city center. ■Please set the bed sheets by yourself. The bed sheets fee is included in the room rate. ■Management of valuables is at your own responsibility. The private room has a key, but the dorm room does not have a key. ■ In the dormitory, bunk bed selection (upper/lower) is not available. ■Dorm room is available for guests aged 12 and over. ■There are many delicate glass windows, shoji screens, steps, etc., and there are not enough facilities to satisfy small children. ■Please refrain from entering and exiting the guesthouse except for guests. ■ The Kyoto City accommodation tax of 200 yen per person per night must be paid in cash at check-in.
