We renovated a traditional Matsumoto-style house ourselves and turned it into a cozy guesthouse. We open here in April 2026. There are three guest rooms: ① Western-style room / Capacity: 2 people / Beds ② Japanese-style room / Capacity: 2 people / Futons ③ Japanese-style room / Capacity: 3 people / Futons The following facilities are shared: * Lounge (living room) * Kitchen appliances (refrigerator, freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle) Please note: the kitchen is for staff use only. Cooking is not permitted. * Shower room (1 available; shampoo, conditioner, and body soap provided) * Washbasin (1 available; hairdryer provided) * Toilets (1 on each floor) We also have an attached café, “Usuyaki-Cafe Mamemame,” where you can casually enjoy meals (9:00–18:00). A breakfast set is included in your stay and served at the cafe.（9:00〜11:00） If you plan to check out before 9:00, please let us know in advance. While we are unable to offer a discount, we will prepare an alternative for you. Located in the center of Matsumoto, our guesthouse is perfect for exploring the area. From all rooms, you can enjoy views of the Metoba River and the surrounding mountains. We hope you enjoy a relaxing, slow, and heartwarming stay. Please note that we do not have parking available. Kindly use nearby coin parking facilities.

I’m the owner of “Usuyaki-cafe Mamemame.” Usuyaki-cafe Mamemame is a cafe centered around usuyaki, a traditional local pancake from Matsumoto that has been enjoyed for generations. We serve simple, wholesome meals made with locally sourced ingredients whenever possible, including beans and vegetables that we grow ourselves. We can offer gluten-free and vegan options.
