We are located in down town Matsue, close to Matsue Castle. Yonemuraya is a well-restored, traditional Japanese "Showa style" house. The living room is furnished by Western style charm. During your stay you will enjoy a relaxing atomsphere, srrounded by the aroma of fresh tatami mats while you read, visit, sip tea, coffee or a glass of wine in the comfort of plush sofas and chairs. Yonemuraya takes its name from Yonemura family, which has been at this location for over 300 years. We are proud to have you as our guests. *Restroom area and shower room have been remodeled into the comfortable western style(downstairs). They are new and clean. The bedrooms are at upstairs. The stairs to the bedroom can be checked in our photos. **No cooking. Our location is close to fine Japanese restaurants district. We are glad to provide town information up to your needs.
