We have comfortably renovated a historic old house built in the Taisho era. The location overlooks the calm sea of ​​Kaminoseki, so you can enjoy a BBQ while watching the ocean. There is also a roadside station and hot spring facility just a 5-minute drive away, so we think you will have a comfortable stay. There is also a beach with excellent transparency within walking distance, so you can enjoy swimming in the sea in the summer, and there is a lot of sea glass, so we recommend taking the bottle provided in the guesthouse and going to collect sea glass. Please take the bottle home for free.
During the 15 years I worked overseas in Shanghai, I rediscovered the wonderfulness of Japan, and after returning to Japan, I started running a guesthouse. I currently run several guesthouses in Yakushima and Yamaguchi Prefecture. In my free time, I also fish on my own boat, and sometimes bring fish to the guests of my guesthouses for free.
There are many restaurants, hot springs, and beaches around the guesthouse, so everyone from adults to children can enjoy themselves. You can also enjoy fishing at the fishing port below the guesthouse, so it's a good idea to bring your own fishing gear.
