Regarding Winter Season Stays ■ Shower Room Closure (Early December – Early April) From early December to early April, the shower room on site will be closed. Please use one of the nearby public bath facilities instead. For opening hours and other details, kindly refer to each facility’s official website. ・Healthy no Yu ・Panorama no Yu ・Yahho no Yu ■ Winter Tires Required If you are arriving by car, winter tires are mandatory. Due to icy road conditions in and around the area during winter, vehicles must be equipped with studless (snow) tires or tire chains. Regular (summer) tires are extremely dangerous and will certainly cause slipping, so please do not arrive with normal tires. Whenever possible, we strongly recommend using a 4WD vehicle. ■ Heating Equipment in Each Hut Each Hut available during the winter season is equipped with the heating systems. While the facilities are designed to keep you warm even during the coldest months, please make sure to prepare adequate winter clothing such as thermal wear, hand warmers, and snow boots.
