Property info

Conveniently located as a stopover for visits to Matsumoto, Takayama, and Shirakawa-go, our hotel is situated along National Route 158, which leads to the mountain resort of Kamikochi. From mid-November, when Kamikochi closes for the season, until March, we offer an exclusive service for up to seven groups per day. Guests can enjoy natural hot springs and kaiseki cuisine featuring Japanese beef and local ingredients. Please note that buses do not operate to Kamikochi from mid-November to mid-April. You are welcome to leave your car in our parking lot before or after check-in to enjoy hiking or trekking. From December to the end of March, we provide complimentary private baths and a free drink station. As a welcome treat, guests can savour the local specialty, "kurumi mochi" (walnut rice cake). Weather permitting, you may also experience roasting s'mores by a firepit, with reservations required. We look forward to welcoming you with special activities unique to the winter season.
