Hello! Our "Koh" house is a fairly new, big and beautiful house located in Shijo downtown but in a quiet neighborhood. Also, we have Japanese hotel law license. We have residential rental petmit, called 'Minpaku’.Do not worry about Goverment checking. If you need a place to relax after an exciting day, or a place close to central Kyoto to have some drinks, this is an ideal place for you.Easy access and shopping area within walking distance!!

Neighborhood info

Within 3 minutes walking distance: Convenience store Supermarket, drug store, Of course tons of restaurants and bars, since it's close to downtown Kyoto!! All area info will be included and well explained in my welcome booklet! I will be always online so you can talk to me through email or call me for any support.
