我が民泊「功庵」は築62年の日本庭園を有する古民家です。最大人数23名様までお泊りになれます。外国人を含む異なるグループの方々との交流の場にもなりますが、その場合は風呂、トイレ、台所、リビングなどを共有することをご了承ください。交流する場所はリビング、サンルームなどいくつかの部屋がありますのでご安心ください。
62-year-old Japanese house with Japanese garden. There are shrines and temples nearby. We have 6 Japanese rooms and 3 Western rooms for guests to stay. We have a big bathroom, too. We have many rooms for guests to have international exchanges. You can cook or barbecue at our house.
I have my NPO for the purpose of world peace and international cultural exchanges, which costs only 3000 yen to get membership and valid forever.
If you become a member of my NPO, you can stay with other guests. I really hope you have a memorable encounter with people from all over the world.
私は長年高校で英語教師をしておりましたが、退職を機に昼間は高校で非常勤講師、夜は自宅で英語塾、そして去年の８月から空き家になった実家で民泊を始めました。趣味は料理、焼き菓子作り、音楽、絵画などです。お客さに良い思い出作りをしていただき快適にすごしていただけるように日々工夫を重ねております。歩きやバスなどの公共の乗り物をご利用の方は、私の時間が空いている場合に場合は寄りの駅まで送り迎えをいたします。
I am an English teacher. I have set up an NPO 6 years ago for the purpose of peace and international cultural exchanges. We have many events such as Japanese cooking party, firefly festivals, traditional dance festivals, moon viewing festival in Sept. and rice cake pounding in the end of the year. I can also provide my guests chances to experience wearing kimono, tea ceremony, cartography, flower arrangements, etc.
I hope my guests will have a nice gathering with people from other countries and Japanese people.

This area is a quiet traditional residential area in the rice fields.
We have beautiful mountains covered with seasonal flowers. We also have some of the nearby temples out of Shikoku 88 temples Pilgrimage on our island. We have a walking distance park which has a pond which is said to have sprung out with one struck by Kobodaishi （Kukai) who is a very famous Buddhist monk. Thanks to the Kobodaishi, the water is very pure and delicious in our area.
We also have many very delicious restaurants and bakeries nearby.
We have nice walking course as well.
