Welcome to Lax Nara Annex. Lax Nara is a Japanese-modern private accommodation series operated by Mobius Ring Japan Co., Ltd. We operate Lax Nara Main House, which accommodates up to 16 guests, and Lax Nara Annex, which accommodates up to 8 guests, in Furuichi-cho, Nara City. Our goal is to provide a comfortable and relaxing stay for families, friends, and groups visiting Nara from Japan and around the world. We value the traditional atmosphere of Japanese homes while also focusing on cleanliness, comfort, and ease of use. Lax Nara Annex is located next to the main house, but it is a separate building with a separate entrance and a different address, allowing guests to enjoy a private and independent stay. Lax Nara Annex is a Japanese-modern private holiday home located in a quiet residential area of Furuichi-cho, Nara City. It can accommodate up to 8 guests and is ideal for families, friends, and small to medium-sized groups. Lax Nara Annex is located next to Lax Nara Main House, but it is a separate building with a separate entrance and a different address. Guests can enjoy the entire house privately during their stay. The ground floor includes bedrooms, a Japanese-style room, a bathroom, a wash area, toilets, and a washer-dryer. The basement floor has a living, dining, and kitchen area, making it easy to separate sleeping spaces from relaxing spaces. The property is equipped with 2 double beds, 4 futons, and a double-size sofa bed. It is suitable for guests who prefer beds as well as those who would like to sleep on futons in a Japanese-style room. The basement living area has a projector, so guests can enjoy movies or videos after sightseeing. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, IH stove, rice cooker, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, cookware, tableware, and cutlery, making it convenient for both short stays and longer stays. The bathroom has a bathtub, so guests can relax after exploring Nara. There are also 2 toilets, which is convenient for group stays. One free parking space is available. If you are coming with additional cars, please contact us in advance. Free rental bicycles are available for guests. They are shared between Lax Nara Main House and Lax Nara Annex, with 2 electric bicycles and 3 standard bicycles in total. Please note that bicycles are limited, available on a first-come, first-served basis, and cannot be reserved in advance. Todaiji Temple, Kasuga Taisha Shrine, and Nara Park are about 10 minutes away by car. Supermarkets, convenience stores, and restaurants are also located nearby, making Lax Nara Annex a comfortable base for sightseeing in Nara.

Welcia drugstore is about a 5-minute walk away, and a coin laundry is also about 7 to 8 minutes away on foot, making the area convenient for families and longer stays. There are also several local restaurants within walking distance, including izakaya-style dining, okonomiyaki, yakiniku, ramen, sushi, udon, bakeries, and cafes. Guests can enjoy both casual meals and local dining during their stay. Nara’s major sightseeing spots are easy to access from the property. Nara Park is about 7 minutes away by car, and Todaiji Temple and Kasuga Taisha Shrine are about 10 minutes away by car. Kofukuji Temple and Ukimido are also within easy reach. Guests can enjoy a peaceful stay in a quiet neighborhood while still having convenient access to sightseeing, shopping, and local restaurants in Nara.
