Lake Resort Hotel, the only hotel on the shores of Lake Tateshina offering rooms with private open-air baths. We also provide five other room types: Japanese-style rooms, twin rooms with showers, standard twin rooms, and double rooms. Even rooms with beds feature tatami mats and modern Japanese-style interiors. Guests staying in rooms without private open-air baths use the large public bath on the first floor; therefore, we provide a hot spring basket, bath towels, and face towels in your room. The first-floor large bathhouse, "Niwa no Yu," is a Japanese-modern bath overlooking a seasonal courtyard garden. "Futago no Yu" is a retro-style large bathhouse with traditional iron-flat stone paving on the floor and bathing area, where you can enjoy both hot and lukewarm baths. The hotel's first floor houses a wine specialty shop, bakery, vegan restaurant, Western-style cafe restaurant, and Tateshina Tourist Information Center. Guests can enjoy flexible stays by utilizing multiple dining options. Please note that restaurants are closed on Wednesdays and Thursdays, so guests staying during these days should take this into consideration.
