Located in the Matsumoto area, where the atmosphere of an old castle town still remains, the property is just a 1-minute walk from the large shopping mall AEON Mall Matsumoto, making it a convenient location for both sightseeing and longer stays. The spacious and open living, dining, and kitchen area is equipped with a large TV. A comfortable L-shaped sofa and low table provide the perfect space to relax with family or friends. The warm wood-based interior design and high ceilings create an open and inviting atmosphere for a memorable stay. The bedroom features a double-size bed, and the property also includes a tatami space. Guests can enjoy a relaxing rest in a space that blends traditional Japanese calm with modern comfort. The property can accommodate up to 8 guests. The washroom is equipped with a drum-type washer-dryer, making it ideal for longer stays. The toilet includes a warm-water bidet function, and the clean, well-equipped facilities provide a comfortable stay. With family, friends, or loved ones, please enjoy a relaxing and peaceful time in Matsumoto. Please note that this property is designed as a connecting villa. When Site A and Site B are reserved together, the property is rented as one entire villa, with a maximum capacity of 16 guests.
