It takes about a 3-minute walk from Arashiden-Nishioji-Sanjo Station and a 5-minute walk from Hankyu Saiin. The transportation is very convenient. It only takes about 20 minutes to get to one of scenic spots in Kyoto, Arashiyama and Sagano from Arashiden Oji Sanjo. This one-storey building has one Western-style room, one Japanese-style room and a kitchen .
