The public hot-spring bath is available from 15:00 to 23:30 and from 05:00 to 09:30.

Please be informed that this is a non-smoking property.

Guests are required to contact the property at least 3 days prior to the check-in date, to confirm your reservation. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

Guests arriving after 19:00 must inform the property in advance. If the property is not informed, the booking may be treated as a no show. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

Abashiri (around a 90-minute drive from the property) city offers a tour course every year from late January to early March, where guests can board the ice breaker Aurora and experience a ride across drift ice. The property does not carry out reservations for the tour, however.
