Noboribetsu Bus Station is a minute's walk away from the hotel. Each room comes with a flat-screen TV and a safety deposit box. The private bathroom features a bath tub and free toiletries. A shuttle from JR Sapporo Train Station can be arranged upon prior request, for an extra cost.

The "Oni Sauna" with the theme of Oni in Noboribetsu Onsen, the land of hot springs will be opened from 12:30 on Saturday, September 10, 2022. ,Please relax in an open space where you can enjoy both Noboribetsu Onsen and a sauna.

All guest rooms will be non-smoking from March 1, 2023 (Wednesday). Smoking is permitted in the smoking areas on the 1st and 3rd floors.

Please note that renovation work of the exterior Wall and roof will be carried out from 14 May 2026 to 24 July 2024. Guests may experience some noise from 10:00 to 14:00

Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests.
