This is a fully private resort villa for exclusive use. Right in front of the property lies Lake Biwa, Japan’s largest lake, where guests can enjoy a unique atmosphere that feels almost like being overseas. Guests staying at the villa may use the on-site barrel sauna and jacuzzi. Management of the property is handled by Fedel Global Co., Ltd. There is also a BBQ set by the lakeside, and we offer a variety of activities such as jet skiing, cruising, banana boating, and more. The maximum occupancy is 10 guests. Please note that the rate is for the entire property, not per person. At night, one of the special experiences is enjoying a campfire while looking up at a beautiful star-filled sky that cannot be seen in the city. Smoking is not allowed indoors. Our BBQ facilities are available exclusively for staying guests. While check-in begins at 3:00 PM, the BBQ area can be used from 12:00 PM. In addition, with advance reservation (additional fee), we offer a variety of water activities from June to October, including banana boat rides, jet skiing, wakeboarding, surfing, and more. The property also features a sauna and jacuzzi. For a truly refreshing experience, you can cool off by diving directly into Lake Biwa after your sauna session.

Nearby attractions include the Biwako Valley and terrace, Shirahige Shrine, and Enryaku-ji Temple. In addition, convenience stores, drugstores, and other daily necessities are all located nearby, making your stay comfortable and convenient.
