As this is a private rental, you can relax without worrying about others around you. The bedroom is furnished with a semi-double bed. After graduating from university in Aichi, I moved to Yakushima and have now been living here for 12 years. I currently work as a river kayak guide on the Anbo River, and I feel grateful every day to share the natural beauty of Yakushima with visitors. The accommodation is a small private house for one or two guests. It is located near Senpiro Falls, and you can enjoy a view of Mt. Mocchomudake right in front of the house. It’s a great place for those who value privacy and want to spend a quiet and relaxing time. To make it easy for guests to enjoy a peaceful stay in nature, we offer the house at a reasonable price. The nearest bus stop is just a 1-minute walk away, offering very convenient access. Within Yamanoko Park, about 450 meters away (a 5-minute walk), you’ll find a natural spring that has been selected as one of Japan’s “Top 100 Exquisite Waters,” perfect for a peaceful and refreshing stroll. About 3 km uphill, you can visit Senpiro Waterfall, which takes approximately 1 hour to reach on foot and makes for a rewarding hike. Yakujinja Shrine is also nearby, about a 12-minute walk away—a serene and sacred place with a calming atmosphere. For your convenience, a coin laundry is located 600 meters away (an 8-minute walk). Additionally, Pontan-kan, a local souvenir shop, is about 800 meters away (a 12-minute walk).
