Located a 15-minute drive from JR Matsumoto Train Station, Sakaenoyu Ryokan offers traditional Japanese accommodations and public hot spring baths. Free WiFi is accessible in all guest rooms. Japanese-style rooms feature tatami (woven-straw) flooring, traditional futon bedding and a seating area. Each also comes equipped with a TV, a refrigerator and an electric kettle. Yukata robes, free toiletries and a green tea set are also provided. Bathrooms and toilets are shared with other guests. At Ryokan Sakaenoyu, guests can unwind in the hot spring baths. Matsumoto Airport is a 30-minute drive away, while Matsumoto Castle is just a 15-minute drive from the ryokan. Utsukushigahara Highland can be driven to within 60 minutes.
