“Zeer gastvrij en behulpzaam personeel. De eigenaar spreekt heel goed Engels en gebruikt ook begroetingen in andere talen. Hij is ook heel actief en behulpzaam in de ryokan. Wij kregen extra lange futons en dekbedden.”
