“男女とも受付スタッフの対応がすばらしい。受付が混み合っている時も、後ろに並んでいる客を意識して声掛けをしてくれたり、わざわざカウンターから出てきて用件を聞いてくれたりしました。チェックインが遅くなったのですが、近くの定食屋さんにラストオーダーの確認をしてくれました。ビジネスホテルでこんなに親切なところは珍しいです。”
