House Rules ★ Extra Towels & Linens If additional towels or linens are used beyond the number provided for your reservation, an extra charge will apply. ★ Late Check-out Late check-out is not available. Thank you for your understanding. ★ Late Check-out Fee If you check out later than the designated time, a penalty fee for every 15 minutes will be charged. ★ Excessive Cleaning If the room is left in an excessively dirty condition that requires cleaning beyond our standard service, an additional cleaning fee may be charged. Disposal of oversized or bulky trash will also incur an additional fee. ★ Room Key Please return the room key to its original location before checking out. If the key is lost or taken home by mistake, a replacement fee will be charged. ★ Damage or Loss Guests are responsible for any damage to or loss of property during their stay. In addition to the replacement cost of damaged or missing items, any related expenses (such as handling or service fees) may also be charged. ★ No Smoking Indoors Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. If smoking causes odors or damage that require special cleaning or compensation for subsequent guests, the associated costs will be charged to the guest. ★ No BBQ or Strong-Smelling Cooking Indoors BBQ and cooking with strong odors are not permitted inside the property, as smells can remain in the room. If indoor BBQ or strong-smelling cooking results in odors that require special cleaning, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. ★ Staff Access The property is reserved exclusively for your group. However, in the event of an emergency, maintenance, or when necessary, our staff may enter the property using a spare key.
