★ In accordance with Japanese law, after your reservation is confirmed, we require passport information (for non-Japanese guests), as well as the full name, address, and occupation of all guests. If this information is not provided, we may be unable to send check-in instructions or may refuse accommodation. (Japanese guests are not required to submit a passport, but name, address, and occupation are required for all guests.) ★ Towels are provided one bath towel and one face towel per guest only. ★ If towels or linens are used in excess of the number of guests, additional charges will apply. ★ If you do not vacate the room after the check-out time, a penalty will be charged in 15-minute increments. ★ If the room is left in an excessively messy condition and requires more than standard cleaning, an additional cleaning fee may be charged. Disposal of bulky garbage will incur an additional fee . ★ Please be careful not to take the key with you upon check-out and be sure to return it to its original place. Lost keys will be charged a replacement fee . ★ In the event of damage or loss, charges may include the cost of the item as well as handling and related expenses. ★ Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. If smoking odors remain and affect future guests, deodorization and compensation fees may be charged. ★ For maintenance, inspections, or emergencies, staff may enter the room using a spare key during your stay.
