"Esta molt a prop del centre, sense estar molt molt ficat. Per tant a 5-10min caminant, a una zona molt tranquila. Amb parada del tramvia molt a prop i l'estació de JR a 15min caminant. Al costat també hi ha un 7eleven amb parking que es molt util."
