Meals are an important factor for the hotel's concept of retreats. We try to cook dishes that are conscious of the ingredients. Of course, we will consider the balance so that you can enjoy your trip to Shinshu Komagane, stick to shinshu ingredients, incorporate the local cuisine of Nanshinshu while arranging, and polish the contents every day so that you can enjoy it with your eyes and tongue.

The one in falling plumb down in Hokendake of Central Alps, "Senjojiki Carl". The "cirque" of the bowl type shaved with ice in a glacial epoch 20,000 years before. Carl who can go casually in only 7 minutes and 30 seconds by ropeway is a different world on the cloud of altitude 2,612m.
