JR Kamikawa Train Station is a 35-minute drive away, and a free shuttle is available from JR Asahikawa Train Station during the winter season. Rooms at Taisetsu Hotel have a TV, a safety deposit box and an en suite bathroom. All rooms have tatami (woven-straw) floors, while some rooms have hardwood areas with Western beds. A sauna room is available for guests to enjoy their stay. You can purchase local gifts at the souvenir shop . A free-use internet computer is provided at the lobby. A breakfast buffet featuring Japanese and Western dishes is available at Restaurant HINNA. To use the hotel's free shuttle (available during the winter only), please make a reservation at least 3 days in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

Please be informed that hot spring baths may not be available during cleaning hours. Cleaning takes place during 08:00-15:00 daily.

The property will be going through renovation works in East Building from 31 March 2018. During this period, guests may experience some noise or light disturbances, and some hotel facilities and services may not be available.
