Although housing construction and real estate are Tsukushi Good Smile's main line of business out of all our dealings, Tsukushi Village opened as our new business venture! We are looking forward to meeting our customers as they stay at Tsukushi Village! 🎵

Property info

In the land of tanchō, our rental villas were opened in Tsurui Village in 2019. There are three types of villas on the premises, each equipped with a kitchen and bathroom, and an open-air bath or bedrock bath depending on the villa. These villas were named after some of the symbols of Tsurui Village, being Tanchō Villa, Cosmos Villa, and White Birch Tree Villa. The concepts of all three of these villas come together to form the name Tsukushi Village. At Tsukushi Village, you can enjoy our facilities while on your travels.

Neighborhood info

In the area surrounding Tsukushi Village, there are two feeding grounds where tanchō gather and one lookout spot to watch them. There is a camera spot to take photos of the tanchō while they are sleeping, and the world-famous Setsuri River (Otowa Bridge) within 2 kilometers. This area is also known for the tanchō's flight routes, so you can see the tanchō fly from the windows of Tsukushi Village! Nearby, there is also Kushiro Shitsugen (Marshland) National Park, where you can enjoy the beautiful natural landscape. Also, there are times when car or phone navigation systems show different locations for Tsukushi Village, so in Google Maps, please enter "Tsukushi Village" and come visit us!
