“とにかく小林さんの拘り抜かれたお宿です！ご自身で作られているお米やお酒を堪能できますし、秋田のお料理を朝ご飯で頂けることも、釜で炊くご飯、山のお水、ハーブティー、薪で炊かれて入る五右衛門風呂！宿の中に色んなリラックスする香りや、デザイン、素材、かなり細部にまで小林さんの表現が詰まった素晴らしい場所です。”
