A former dormitory turned into a ski lodge in Tomamu, about 4km from Hoshino resort. Seven bedrooms, shared bathrooms (two toilets, three showers), and a fully equipped kitchen with a gas oven. Cooking staples and ingredients are available to buy at the lodge. The common area has a fireplace and a small ski shop. We offer ski service (wax, mounting, repair) and rent a selection of old school powder skis (Hellbents and the like). Hosts are skiers who love good food and art. Guests tend to find people to ski and eat with.
We are passionate skiers who love good food and art. The lodge is shaped by everyone who comes through. Come with questions, a ski to tune, or just looking for people to share turns with.
Quiet area in Tomamu, about 4km from Hoshino Resort. Several local restaurants within walking distance. A mellow ski touring route to Karifuri-dake (狩振岳, 1323m) is accessible directly from the lodge, or a 5-minute drive to the trailhead saves about 20 minutes of approach.
