【Additional House Rules】 To ensure a pleasant stay for both our guests and neighboring residents, reservations are accepted only from guests who agree to all of the following conditions. • The parking space is somewhat narrow and may be difficult to access with large vehicles. • Please remove your shoes before entering the room. • Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including both indoor and outdoor areas. • Only registered guests are permitted to enter the property. • Please refrain from any behavior that may disturb neighboring residents, including excessive noise. (Such as loud conversations, playing music, parties, fireworks, gatherings, or frequent entry and exit during late-night or early-morning hours. Please be especially quiet after 9:00 PM.) • Guests under the age of 20 staying without a parent or legal guardian must obtain prior parental/guardian consent. • All cancellation deadlines are based on Japan Standard Time (JST).
