This detached house is a remodeled kominka(Okinawa traditional style residence) on Ishigaki Island with a red-tiled roof and a history of nearly 100 years. You can rent out this entire specious residence. ★A quiet & cozy area, about 10min walk to downtown.★ ★Free parking.★ ★Family with kids are welcome!★ ★Free WI-FI is available.★ The ceiling of the main room features joints made from inumaki (Podocarpus macrophyllus), a rare building material from Okinawa. This building is a precious one in terms of both history and culture. It is particularly recommended for people who have large equipment for fishing, diving, or cycling. This home is also equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, and other items required for daily life, so it's perfect for long stays. Think of it as your holiday home on Ishigaki Island to enjoy with family members or friends!
