“よく気にかけてもらい、親しみがこもる話し方で安心できる。 チェックアウト後も荷物を夕方まで置かせてもらった（自己管理である） また、ゲレンデから帰ってきたとき暖房かけてたり、ポットが設置しており暖かいお茶なども自分で作り、ポットの湯量もあるかなど確認の気遣いもあった。 お風呂は共用であるが、ハチ北温泉の成分と同じであるため、泊まり客にはお得感がある。 帰りに記念写真とお米を人数分もらうことができて、温かい人情味のある旅館で大変満足することができました。”

“お宿の方々が、皆さん親切で、去年も利用しましたが、また今年もそして来年も家族でお邪魔する予定です。ご飯もちょうど良かったですし、立地もハチ北温泉の隣と言うところで、非常に満足です。 朝ご飯は1人2個ずつ卵が出てきました。 そして帰りには、去年と合わせて必ずお土産をくれます。今回はお米でした。去年はおにぎりを握ってくださって、すごくありがたかったです。”
