What is “KamiyA” in Odaira-juku? KamiyA is a special guesthouse located deep in the mountains of Iida City, Nagano, Japan. You can stay in a traditional Japanese house that is almost 200 years old. Hello, I'm Okura, the host. This guesthouse is a traditional old home where my mother was born. I now share it with guests from Tokyo, overseas, and beyond as a place to experience something special. I used to live away from Nagano and worked in Tokyo for many years as a sommelier and in the hospitality industry.
