This newly converted; rustic country barn will be your cozy home and a place to start your adventures around Nanyuki and Mt. Kenya. With jaw-dropping views of the mountain, you will feel rejuvenated in no time. Sip a cup of coffee while sitting on the porch and make your plan to visit the Ol Pejeta Conservancy, climb the mountain or just relax with a book. Our cleaning processes are aligned with WHO directives regarding COVID - 19. Get in touch for promos and special offers!

Neighborhood info

The Barn lies within walking distance of the Mt. Kenya Forest Reserve and the trout-stocked Burguret River, perfect for both hiking and fishing enthusiasts. From The Barn, you can take an easy day-trip to the Ol Pejeta Conservancy or Solio Game Ranch for exciting game viewing, or organize a climb of the rugged Mt. Kenya. Ragati Conservancy and The Aberdare National Park, both just an hour's drive away, offer amazing fly fishing. Do feel free to get in touch and we’ll be happy to organize a personalized experience. You will need a car to reach The Barn and get around Nanyuki, however, we are happy to put you in touch with our trusted driver in case you need to. There is plenty of free parking space on site.
