As a child, entrepreneur and yurt camp owner Aida Kydyrgycheva was a fan of western movies, and was greatly impressed by feats often achieved by brave cowboys, amongst wild life in prairies and across amazing landscapes. Aida dreamed of a place, where she herself could offer this fantasy to visitors in Kyrgyzstan. She strived to define and build a place that will serve as a source of adventure, authenticity and endless freedom. She has hosted countless tourists since opening of Bel Tam in 1990.
