Welcome to our family eco-lodge! We are a local family dedicated to high-quality service and Western-level hospitality. I speak fluent English (C1), so communication, booking, and helping you with any questions will be absolutely seamless. My brother is an experienced local mountain guide who knows the best trails. We also have our own family yurt camp in Altyn-Arashan. We can easily help you organize custom hiking trips, professional trekking guiding, horse riding, or plan your logistics to the mountains directly from our doorstep. We love meeting people from all over the world and making your stay unforgettable!

Property info

Our spacious two-story family house is a perfect sanctuary for nature lovers and trekkers. The property is uniquely perched on a scenic hill, offering a breathtaking, unobstructed panoramic view of the mountains and the entire city of Karakol (which looks magical with night lights). The house is embraced by a massive private garden and orchard filled with apple trees and seasonal berry bushes. Guests are welcome to relax in the shade, enjoy the absolute silence, and breathe the crystal-clear mountain air in complete privacy.

Neighborhood info

The house is located just outside the village of Jhol-Kolot, beautifully isolated from the city noise, traffic, and village rush. It is incredibly quiet and peaceful here. While you enjoy 100% privacy and mountain serenity, you are never cut off from civilization. The center of Karakol, with its restaurants, cafes, and markets, is just a 10-minute drive or a pleasant 30-minute walk away. It is the ideal base camp to rest in nature and pack your gear before heading out into the Tien Shan mountains.
