Within walking distance, you’ll find the supermarket Глобус, where guests can buy everything they need. There are also several cozy cafés and restaurants nearby offering a variety of cuisine, from local dishes to European options. One of the main advantages of the area is the clean, fresh air and scenic views: right from the window, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the majestic Kashkasuu mountains, creating a special atmosphere of comfort and tranquility. This neighborhood is perfect for both short stays and longer visits, combining convenience, nature, and easy access to city infrastructure.
