Nestled in a small village less than 5 minutes away from the city, airport, groceries, hospital, cinema and less than 10 minutes from all major beaches. Our three unit apartments are newly furnished with modern appliances. There are three apartments on the lower level and my residence on the upper level. Safe and secured environment and 24 hour access to owners. There's a great mountainous view and view of the Basseterre valley and harbor. Experience St.Kitts local style.

My husband Peter and I are the owners of the property for the past 17 years. We are natives of the Island and can answer any questions that you may have.

A small old community formerly a sugar estate, that is recently being inhabited and developed by a more affluent middle-class population. Together, the old and the new inhabitants are trying to reinvent this small but picturesque gem. We joined the community 9 years ago and have never had an unpleasant encounter besides having to stop to allow live stock to cross the streets.
