In 2018, the Hwawon House, meaning the garden of flowers, was opened with 11 rooms on three floors. Since then, we changed the name to Da-woo House in September 2019 and it means many friends. The name reflects the idea that 'the guests are friends and this space exists thanks to many friends.'

All branches of our company are convenient to take the AREX (airport railway express) and have the best location to enjoy Hong-dae, Yeonnam-dong and Seogyo-dong. We also use hotel-class bedding and environmentally interior, and all rooms are always cleaned with professional cleaning staff. In addition, we offer a unique 1:1 service that gives you a full customer experience of rest. Da-woo Guest House promises to grow into a Hongdae-class guest house that presents differentiated values based on constant creative innovation and challenges.
