At check-in, the English name on the passport and the name (English) you enter at the time of reservation must match, and check-in is not possible if there is a discrepancy.

Please note that tea or coffee-making facilities are not available in the rooms, but complimentary Nespresso(machine) coffee is provided at L' Coffee Station in Bubble Lounge on the 3rd floor.
