Originally from the UK, I lived in Grand Cayman for 7 years before discovering and moving to the beautiful Cayman Brac. Originally intending to set Featherstone up and head back to Grand Cayman, I haven't managed to drag myself away. The chilled pace of life in the Brac is too good to resist! In my spare time you can find me playing pickleball, snorkeling, doing yoga, reading a book in a hammock or catching up with friends at one of the local bars. Unfortunately, I struggle to equalize, or I would definitely have diving on the list. I have 3 beautiful, intelligent, thoughtful children who make me proud every day :-)

Property info

Featherstone Estate is on the north coast of Cayman Brac, just a 15 minute drive from the airport. Comprising of 3 separate units on 1.2 acres with a beautiful private beach this is the perfect place to get away from it all. The Cottage is nestled amongst the palm trees behind the main house. On the ground floor you will find an open plan living room with dining area, sofa bed and fully appointed kitchen. Upstairs is a very generous bedroom with king-size bed and bathroom with shower/bath. From the bedroom you can access the deck which has sun loungers, table and chair. The Cottage sleeps 4. The Cottage shares a huge, pristine private beach with the other 2 units (The Owner's Apartment and The Guest Apartment). You will find a pool, sun loungers, chairs, hammocks, a fire pit (and wood) and a BBQ area. There is a dock to make getting in and out of the sea easy. In addition there is a games room stocked full of board games and books as well as snorkel and fishing equipment, and volleyball/badminton gear. Behind the games room is the ping pong table. There is also a 2 man kayak and a selection of bikes to use. Finally there is a laundry room with washer and dryer. There is everything you need for a secluded get-away in paradise. If you want to come with a larger group, The Featherstone Estate can also be rented in it's entirety.
