You will also meet with a friendly Beach Living staff at the property to personally welcome you at check-in and to thank you at check-out.

Property info

Island Pine Villas is a beachfront complex directly on Seven Mile Beach. Walk out of the apartment, along the path past the pool and you are toes in the sand. This one bedroom, ground floor apartment is located just steps away from the award winning Seven Mile Beach (SMB). There is one Full/Double bed in the bedroom, and a sofa bed in the living room. Also, an additional air mattress is available for extra guests. This unit is furnished nicely with a distinct Caribbean charm, a fully equipped kitchen, and a screened in back porch to kick back, relax and enjoy your morning coffee. You can also keep connected and brag to your family and friends back home with included Wi-fi. The resort offers a pool (plus loungers and a hammock), BBQ, and on-site laundry. Free Parking is available in the common lot with our neighbours Royal Palms Beach Club.

Seven Mile Beach, well known as one of the worlds top beaches for the expanses of powdery white sand, the great weather and the snorkelling and scuba diving experiences - some direct from the beach and very accessible. We are in the centre of everything, and located right next to a popular beach restaurant/bar, Royal Palms. Cayman is known as the culinary capital of the Caribbean, as there is a variety of great restaurants to satisfy any tastes and palates. The apartment is within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. The safest island in the Caribbean makes Grand Cayman one of the best islands in the world to visit.
