Fully furnished to the highest degree, this spacious 3 bedroom 3 bathroom townhome will provide you with a one of a kind accommodations from which to enjoy your Grand Cayman vacation. As you enter the main door, you will find a ground floor level outdoor living space, home to your private plunge pool, expansive seating area, and refreshment console with wine fridge. A 37-foot dock space is located directly outside of the townhome in case you want to rent your own boat from one of our trusted vendors or if you prefer to charter a boat and have them pick you up at the rental. Situated above are two floors of pristine indoor living space. The first level is home to your kitchen, dining room, living room, first guest bedroom with king sized bed and ensuite bathroom. Head upstairs, and you will find the master bedroom with its heavenly king sized bed and premium linens, featuring unobstructed views overlooking the canal and private greens. Down the hall is the second guest bedroom with with king queen sized bed and private ensuite bathroom. The 3rd level is your rooftop patio which has a retractable awning for ample shade, an outdoor kitchen with a sink, fridge and BBQ. This beautiful property does not offer self check-in. Guests are required to contact the host, Property Management Cayman Ltd., to arrange meet and greet.
