This 3rd Floor Penthouse 3 Bed 2 Bathroom Beachfront Condo with private over-sized terrace/patio can be enjoyed during the day lounging on one of our private sun loungers, whilst al fresco dining or simply watching the sun setting over the ocean in front of you. The terrace/patio is directly accessible from both the open-plan living area and the master bedroom with king bed and ensuite bathroom. There are 2 other bedrooms with a queen and 2 double beds. Sleeps up to 6 Guests.

Neighborhood info

Onsite restaurants/bars include Lazy Lizard, Bevvy and Back-A-Yard. Bevvy is located in the Lobby area and is a great bar to watch sports and meet up with friends. Lazy Lizard Bar and Grill is located by the Sunset Cove pool area which offers casual dinning. There is also a new Jamaican themed restaurant called Back-A-Yard near the lobby area which has all your Caribbean favorites like Jerk and Curry Chicken. George Town is a 5 minute drive away and great to walk around during the day if you want a break from the beach. Camana Bay is also close by and a more vibrant place to go for an evening stroll or dinner. If you choose to venture out further, you can either rent a car or have a taxi pick you up at the doorstep. Alternatively, there is public transportation that travels along the Seven Mile Beach strip during the day. If you are taking part in an organized tour, most tour operators will provide door to door transportation.
