Welcome to Factory! Renovated apartment centrally located in Mar Mikhael Area (Armenia Street) where the area buzzes with heritage houses, art galleries, pubs, rooftops, cafes, restaurants, bakeries and shops. The studio is located on the 4th floor, however the elevator is not functioning. The apartment is a big studio furnished with a king-size bed, sofa, kitchenette, toilet and a balcony. The guest will have access to the whole studio (private studio apartment) with its private balcony, kitchen and toilet. Once you book with us, we will create a group with you and our guest relations team, in which all information related to the location and check in/ out procedure will be shared. When you arrive , you will get the keys from the lockbox located outside of the apartment. While you may have the apartment to yourselves, you won’t be alone when it comes to planning your trip. We are more than happy to help you book activities, bike & car rentals and anything else. Mar Mikhael has emerged as one of the most fashionable areas in Beirut, with many trendy boutiques, art galleries, antique furniture stores having opened in the area. In addition, many bars, restaurants and cafés have quickly replaced hardware shops, car parts and furniture stores, becoming a "hotspot for Beirut outgoers". Mar Mikhael has become the new hub for art and creativity. Taxis are always available in the area. We recommend using Uber or Careem as well. Passport copies are required upon check-in as per the Lebanese General Security's request.
