Please note that the resort operations including Summerland Bay Resort and beach access operate from mid-April to mid-October, subject to weather conditions.

During summer period, Kempinski hotel guests may benefit from an all-day access pass ​to the luxurious Summerland Bay resort upon room reservation. Non-registered guests and visitors will be subject to an additional Summerland Bay entrance fee.

The property does not guarantee the type of beds booked and it will be allocated upon availability. This is applicable for the below rooms: Superior Room, Deluxe Summerland Resort View Room, Deluxe Sea View Room, Grand Deluxe Pool Room and Grand Deluxe Private Jacuzzi® Room.

The covered pool is open from 10:00 a.m. to 09:00 p.m. without large inflatable devices. It is exclusively available for duplex suite guests of all ages, and for hotel/apartment residents aged 21 and above.

We welcome small dogs only. For safety reasons, The property can only accommodate dogs with a maximum weight of 15 lbs (7 kg) or less.

Please be advised that our swimming pool is currently undergoing enhancement works to further improve our facilities. Guests may experience intermittent noise between 11:00 and 16:00 daily. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
