We are committed to sustainable development, generate our own solar energy and engage in organic farming. Nestled in a secluded area of natural beauty, the property offers three floors of living space, with two studio suites on the top level and a ground floor 2-bedroom apartment available for rent. Each self-contained unit is thoughtfully designed to provide guests with a distinctive experience.
Hello, I'm Calixte. I returned to St. Lucia after spending years in the UK to invest in a vacation rental property that includes a small-scale spa. I was inspired by my property's unique location in one of the most attractive parts of St. Lucia, within the UNESCO World Heritage environment, and the growing global demand in wellness tourism. Drawing on my local construction expertise and extensive holiday accommodation experience I intend to build a secluded, comfortable gateaway with the necessary amenities for relaxation and rejuvenation. My aim is to provide a unique and affordable alternative to local hotels and resorts.
The neighbourhood is naturally secluded and serves as a tranquil relaxing escape. A short distance away are a number of local attractions such as the Pitons, the Diamond Falls Botanical Gardens, the Sulphur Springs, Tete Paul, as well as a number of major hotels with restaurants and bars should guests decide to eat out. The nearest beach is just a 10-minute drive away. For getting around during your stay, we highly suggest renting a 4-wheel drive vehicle, which is the most appropriate choice for navigating both the area and the slightly challenging final two-minute drive to the property. Public transport isn't available in the area. If driving isn't your preference, we can recommend reliable taxi drivers who offer package deals.
