PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE OFFERING SELF-CATERING ONLY DURING THE PANDEMIC. The name Casa del Vega means House from the Exalted One. The name was given to me in a time of meditation, whilst reading a book titled "The Real Meaning of the Zodiac". Vega is the name of a star and means The Exalted one (who fought with the dragon and slew him). I later learned that if sailors are lost at sea they need only look for the star 'Vega' to find their way again. This is most significant, since I believe that if only one finds The Exalted One they can never be lost. I believe this property is a gift from God, that was given as a place of refreshing, meant to be shared by all looking for solice, relaxation and renewal. A scenic, peaceful, hideaway with a private beach and Prayer Garden. A room, a studio or an apartment, to suit your needs. Ideal for family reunions and groups, small weddings and retreats. Land and Sea Tours available on request.

Neighborhood info

We are situated on a peninsular on a private cove near the French, Mexican and Venezuelan Embassies. Within 5-10 minutes waking distance of a beautiful mile-long beach. For those wanting to learn more about St Lucia The National Archives is just a few minutes walk away. An excellent area for walking and jogging, and a hike to the nearby Castries Lighthouse, for a great 360 degree view of the city, and on clear days Martinique. Also closeby is a Beauty Salon and a Cafe. The Brown Sugar Restaurant and Auberge Seraphine are both Restaurants we can recommend for dinner.
