The property is just 2 km from Gros Islet Beaches and Cas en Bas Kite and surfing area, and 4 km away from Pigeon Island National Park. Cricket International Stadium and Golf Club are a 3-minute drive away. The road joining the property to the Gros Islet junction and the street Party Village was completely paved in May 2017 by the gouvernement. This distance can be covered in 15 minutes by foot.
